Yearbook Club is technically a class. Students must apply to be in the class as if they are applying for a job. Students are responsible for taking pictures, editing pictures and pages, and meeting deadlines. They are also responsible for selling ads to businesses to offset the cost of the yearbook. It costs roughly $18K to produce the annual. After the yearbook is finished being made, students must sell the book to peers. My students do a great job of crushing sales and ensuring we always meet budget with money left for savings.
